The Robertson Invitational is a youth basketball tournament for boys and girls 3rd - 10th grade.  The tournament is open to all teams including NJB teams (All-Net, Division, NLP), club teams, AAU teams, school teams, and more.

The Robertson Invitational, which was formerly known as the SVNJB Turkey Day Shootout, is held to commemorate Mel Robertson.  The man that devoted over 30 years to lead, organize, and orchestrate the events and programs within Silicon Valley NJB.  We appreciate the time and effort he dedicated to create positive basketball programs for our youth.  He mentored many players, coaches, directors, referees and more to help create solid leaders in society.  SVNJB will be honoring Mel Robertson by naming this tournament after him in wake of his retirement from SVNJB.
