LISTED BELOW ARE THE STEPS TO REGISTER PRE-FORM TEAM PLAYERS.PLEASE READ ALL OF THE INFORMATION BEFORE REGISTERING
TEAMS/PLAYERS ARE ENCOURAGED TO REGISTER AS SOON AS POSSIBLE BECAUSE REGISTRATION MAY CLOSE BEFORE DEADLINE IF LEAGUE REACHES CAPACITY

COACH REGISTERS TEAM
Pre-Form Coaches or Team Managers must register the team online prior to Pre-Form Players registering.
After the coach registers the team, players can register to the team the coach/staff has created online.

To register as a pre-form player, make sure your coach gives you:
Coach Name, Division, Team Name, and (most important) does your team NEED or HAVE uniforms?

NOT ON A TEAM YET? FREE AGENT?
For players who are not on a team yet and are looking to join a team, you are considered a Free Agent. Please follow the free agent process. The page you are currently on is for players on a pre-existing team. Free Agents that register to random teams will be removed from the team and risk not being able to participate. Please follow the free agent process if you are not on a team yet.
